My own journey began with a longing for peace… for balance… for something deeper than the everyday. Reiki found me like a whispered blessing, and with it came a profound shift — a knowing that healing begins from within.
Through Reiki and crystal healing, I hold space for you to reconnect with your own light, release what no longer serves you, and welcome in harmony across your mind, body, and spirit.
